This forum can be used to alert people or express concerns about neighborhood, area, or city-wide issues. Subscribers will also be able to share personal experiences, pictures (reasonably sized and few), etc. Posting excessively (e.g. spamming) will be discouraged. If the board deems a post offensive enough to warrant the poster's removal, the poster will be taken off the list. No recycled forwards (jokes, support-my-cause, chain emails, etc.).
